The cold and dark of winter is beginning to settle in all around us. These seasonal changes happen in us, too. We want to bundle up and hunker down inside and forego the chill outside. It’s the perfect formula to lose all that progress we made throughout the summer and fall. It’s time to strap on the snowshoes and skis and lace up those skates. There are plenty of ways to stay in shape and get lots of fresh air despite the cold and dark. But physical health is just a piece of the equation. Tis the season to pay special attention to your physical, mental, and emotional health. Spend some time in the sauna…Sip some hot chocolate with marshmallows…Watch a hockey game…Build a snowman. I’ll see you in May!!
